salary: $47,840 - $62,400 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate bending methods, tooling, and V-die openings based on material types, part specs, and target inside radii to prevent distortion.
• Calculate bend deductions independently to ensure exact part dimensions.
• Interpret engineering drawings to verify tight tolerances, dimensions, and manufacturing specifications.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and inspect ongoing production samples using precision measuring instruments and gauges.
• Adhere strictly to Quality System SOPs, work instructions, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and ISO procedures.
