Performance Coach - Weekend Shift (Sat-Sun Only)

We are hiring a hands-on Weekend Performance Coach to direct floor operations at our fresh food production facility in San Antonio. In this high-visibility position, you will lead the weekend production crew as they prepare and package fresh meals for major grocer distribution in a clean, temperature-controlled, safety-first environment.

You will run weekend shift kickoffs, coordinate floor assignments, provide direct coaching and performance guidance, monitor time and attendance, and ensure production targets are met without sacrificing quality or safety standards.

salary: $25.29 - $25.3 per hour shift: First work hours: 5:30 AM - 6 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee weekend shift operations on Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Motivate and support production line workers to meet volume targets while upholding strict safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines.
• Lead real-time coaching conversations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution across weekend teams.
• Manage administrative floor tracking, including check-ins, time-clock issues, headcount reconciliation, and shift recaps.
• Serve as the main point of contact on-site for line troubleshooting and operational escalation.
• Maintain active floor visibility; position requires standing and walking throughout the 12-hour shift.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a lead, coaching, supervisory, or management role within production, manufacturing, logistics, or food operations.
• Dependable self-starter capable of managing floor operations independently over the weekend.
• strong problem-solving, mediation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a commitment to arriving promptly for early morning shift kickoffs.
