Randstad Staffing is actively seeking skilled candidates to join a premier food and dairy production team as a Pasteurizer Operator for a position located in Hanford, CA. In this role, you will operate and monitor HTST pasteurization equipment, manage CIP sanitation cycles, perform quality checks, and maintain accurate regulatory logs to ensure top food safety standards. Requirements: Current Pasteurizing License HIGHLY preferred! Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) pasteurizers, vats, homogenizers, separators, and associated dairy processing equipment.
• Process Monitoring: Accurately control and record critical pasteurization parameters, including temperatures, pressure, flow rates, holding times, and diversion valve functionality.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform quality and compliance tests (e.g., butterfat, total solids, titratable acidity, phosphatase testing) and interpret charts/readouts to ensure products meet exact recipe and legal specifications.
• Sanitation & CIP: Prepare, execute, and monitor Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) procedures on pasteurization systems, silos, raw milk lines, and storage tanks.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear, audit-ready operational charts, legal recording disks/logs, and cleaning records in full accordance with FDA, PMO (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance), and state Department of Agriculture regulations.
• Safety & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs): Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, HACCP guidelines, Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards, and PPE requirements.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with incoming milk receiving operators, cheesemakers, and quality control personnel to balance product flow and meet production schedules.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
