Join Our Client, an industry leader in beauty innovation! We seek a Packaging Engineer with a BS in Engineering and 1-3 years experience to assemble prototypes, manage tooling, and drive product launches.

responsibilities:
- Assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing and troubleshoot technical issues across systems.
- Participate in managing new tooling development and mastering systems related to packaging specifications and testing.
- Drive vendor, operations, and division adherence to key timelines for major product launches.
- Proactively anticipate and elevate blocking points to ensure established deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate effectively within a matrixed team environment to support overall category vision and team goals.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with 1-3 years of packaging engineering experience, preferably in cosmetics or consumer goods.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, CAD software, and packaging production processes (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred).
Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational, communication, and multi-project management skills in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.
