Join Our Client, an innovative global leader! We are hiring a Package Engineer with a packaging degree and 2+ years' experience to lead NPI design, ECOs, and sustainability projects with speed and precision.

responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day packaging engineering initiatives, including NPI design, rebranding, dieline creation, artwork prep, ship testing, and sustainability projects.
- Provide primary operational support for the United States, with the flexibility to assist global teams during surge periods.
- Coordinate with Data Analysts to stage ECOs for rebranded site launches and update technical packaging documentation systems.
- Triage and direct multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, providing leadership and guidance across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners with great speed and urgency to consistently deliver high-quality results for customers.
qualifications:
4-year college or university degree in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Sciences required.
2+ years of professional experience working in the packaging field preferred.
Strong data management and documentation skills, with a proven ability to quickly step in and lead projects.
