Owner Operator Driver

Sunshine Drayage is hiring CDL - A Owner Operators for steady high paying intermodal runs on the Savannah to Atlanta cooridor. You will be hauling intermodal container frieght on daily trips averaging out to around 550 miles a day. Hook up to provide interchange trailers(no trailer required). Complete daily drops, manage your load paperwork, and maintain compliance with each requirement. Best of all?! You finish your run and go home every single night! This will be a Monday-Friday position with earning potentionals of $200,000.00+ per year.

salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

As an Owner-Operator with Sunshine Drayage operating for Evans Delivery, you will execute daily round-trip intermodal container runs along the Savannah to Atlanta corridor, averaging roughly 550 miles per day. Key responsibilities include picking up, transporting, and dropping off container loads at ports and railyards (including the Port of Savannah), hooking up to provided interchange trailers, and completing required delivery documentation and interchange receipts. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety and compliance standards, conducting daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections on your truck, and managing your logs.

The essential functions of this role include:
