Outbound Supervisor

In this hands-on leadership role, you will direct daily outbound workflows, inspire a team of associates, and ensure every shipment - from parcel to TL/LTL freight - leaves our facility safely, accurately, and on time. What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of warehouse shipping, traffic, or logistics experience
• 1–3+ years of leadership experience supervising high-performing warehouse teams
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite ERP, TMS platforms, and parcel software (UPS WorldShip / FedEx)

Responsibilities

Operational Supervision & Workflow Execution

• Coordinate and supervise all outbound shipping, freight handling, and traffic operations across a 100,000+ sq. ft. distribution center.
• Plan daily work assignments, schedule staffing levels based on operational workload, and direct the team to meet weekly work plans and daily throughput goals.
• Ensure accurate processing and dispatch of shipments across Truckload (TL), Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), and Small Parcel carriers.
• Ensure outbound orders adhere strictly to specialized customer packing, palletizing, and labeling standards.
• Prepare and organize all supporting shipping paperwork (bills of lading, manifests, packing slips) in advance to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
• Assist team members directly by performing floor tasks as needed to guarantee orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
