Warehouse Associate

Location: Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time temp to hire possibility

About the Role: Our client in Nashua, New Hampshire is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will play a key part in daily logistics and fulfillment operations - handling inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring clothing merchandise moves efficiently through the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare clothing orders accurately and on schedule.
• Inventory Handling: Stock shelves and organize incoming shipments of clothing and apparel.
• Material Movement: Move, stack, and stage boxes and materials throughout the warehouse floor safely.
• Quality Assurance: Verify items and counts with attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high focus and accuracy.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail when identifying items, labels, and stock locations.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver boxes of merchandise throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Experience: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or material handling experience is preferred (not required).
