Operations Processor 1

Randstad is looking for Operations Processor 1 in Philadelphia, PA The Associate Operations Processor plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, quality standards, and service level commitments while supporting daily lockbox operations

• Sort, prepare, and review documents for processing
• Perform data entry and transaction verification
• Balance processed work and resolve routine exceptions
• Opening up envelopes
• Extracting checks on toaster or machine
• Working in a production environment

Shift Days/Hours:

• Weekends 1pm-11:45pm

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour shift: Second work hours: 1 PM - 11:45 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• This position helps ensure operational stability by processing incoming transactions, supporting customer requirements, maintaining productivity goals, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within Lockbox Operations.
• Sort, prepare, and review documents for processing
• Perform data entry and transaction verification
• Balance processed work and resolve routine exceptions
