Your Impact and Growth Opportunities:

• Coordinate Global Shipments: Orchestrate end-to-end ocean import and export freight movements from origin through final delivery.
• Optimize Operations: Execute booking activities and leverage transportation management systems to maintain accurate tracking.
• Drive Customer Success: Monitor shipment status, resolve operational exceptions, and serve as the liaison between carriers and customers.
• Ensure Compliance: Prepare and distribute critical shipping documentation, strictly adhering to regulatory requirements and Incoterms.
• Cultivate Partnerships: Build robust relationships with suppliers, recommending process improvements to boost business retention.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, encompassing import and/or export operations.
• Solid understanding of international shipping processes, ocean freight documentation, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication skills to resolve complex freight movement issues.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: CargoWise experience and Hazmat certification.
