Manufacturing Associate

Randstad is looking to hire multiple a detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Associates to operate production machinery, assemble mechanical and electrical components, or perform precision hand soldering according to standard operating procedures. *Must have solid prior experience/work history, ability to follow blueprints/work instructions, and proficent in precision measurement tools* APPLY TODAY for immediate consideration for any of these opportunities!!

salary: $18 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Load raw materials, monitor equipment during cycles, clear minor jams, and perform routine changeovers safely.
• Assembly: Build sub-assemblies and finished units using hand tools, pneumatic drivers, and fixtures from blueprints and work instructions.
• Soldering: Execute through-hole and point-to-point hand soldering, wiring, and rework under magnification while adhering to ESD controls.
• Quality & Documentation: Inspect parts using calipers, multimeters, or visual standards (IPC-A-610 guidelines); log scrap, counts, and test results into production sheets.
• Safety & 5S: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to machine guarding, PPE, and shop safety protocols.
• Core Skills: Demonstrated hand soldering proficiency, manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret schematics, drawings, or SOPs.
• Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive bench assembly, work under microscopes/magnifiers, stand or sit for full shifts, and lift up to 35–50 lbs.
