Maintenance Technician

We have a great direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in Stuarts Draft. Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician with 5 years experience with mechanical and electrical (hand and power tools, electrical systems, and manufacturing equipment). Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols. If this sounds like you apply today!

salary: $71,760 - $78,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

-Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities -Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems -Perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance on all machinery -Operate man lifts and forklifts; transport heavy parts and equipment -Maintain equipment, parts inventory, and CMMS work orders -Fabricate metal parts and perform welding as required -Perform electrical repairs including AC/DC drives, HMI screens, and motors -Complete general facility and grounds maintenance as needed -Participate in safety programs and maintain compliance with all safety standards

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
