Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations and facility running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions, conducting regular preventative maintenance, executing line changeovers, and fabricating custom tooling solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in independent problem-solving, and is committed to maintaining high safety and productivity standards across all plant equipment.

salary: $58,240 - $68,640 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Shift: 6:00 am -4:00 pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay: $28 - $33hr ($58,240 - $68,640)

Duties:

• Machinery Maintenance & Overhaul: Support the installation, routine servicing, and major mechanical overhauls of industrial plant and production machinery
• Diagnostics & Preventative Upkeep: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and keep precise documentation of ongoing PM schedules.
• Line Changeovers & Tooling: Facilitate rapid production changeovers to match scheduled production runs, helping modify tooling and fixtures for optimal line efficiency.
• Custom Fabrication: Build, modify, and assemble equipment parts using shop machinery across metal, acrylic, and wood fabrication mediums.
• Facilities & Parts Procurement: Conduct routine building upkeep and coordinate with leadership to order necessary replacement parts and tooling supplies.
