Working a Thursday through Sunday schedule (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM), you will print, fold, insert, and verify sensitive healthcare mailings within strict deadlines. This role offers long-term stability and a strong pathway for performance-based full-time hire. Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Operate digital production printers and large-class inserter equipment to print, package, and verify sensitive healthcare mailings in a high-volume corporate mailroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Xerox production printers and Pitney Bowes/Neopost inserter equipment.
- Print, fold, insert, and stamp high-volume healthcare mailings within strict timeframes.
- Verify print job accuracy against incoming documentation.
- Move paper stock, envelope boxes, and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a print, mailroom, or production setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PDF).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
