Machine Operator Helper - 3rd Shift

Otics USA is currently seeking two dedicated Machine Operator Helpers for our third-shift production team to assist in the manufacturing of Toyota camshafts and balancers. This position offers a base pay of $17.05 per hour, plus a $50.00 weekly bonus for maintaining perfect attendance. The standard schedule runs Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., though candidates should expect to work most Friday nights and frequent mandatory overtime, which can require starting shifts as early as 7:00 p.m. Please be advised that this role is located in a non-climate-controlled facility where temperatures vary with the weather, and the use of steel-toe shoes is a mandatory safety requirement. Responsibilities

• Machine Operation Support: Assist primary machine operators in the daily production and manufacturing of Toyota camshafts and balancers.
• Production Line Efficiency: Support continuous high-volume output while adhering to strict manufacturing schedules during third-shift operations.
• Overtime & Shift Flexibility: Work standard 3rd shift hours (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) with willingness to handle mandatory overtime, early shift starts (7:00 PM), and regular Friday night schedules.
• Safety & PPE Compliance: Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, including mandatory steel-toe footwear requirements, in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Quality & Workstation Maintenance: Inspect components for basic quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work area to minimize downtime.
