Machine Operator

Packaging & Automation Operator is responsible for a wide range of duties associated with the set-up, operation, and adjustment of all types of manufacturing packaging and automated equipment as well as providing support to maximize efficiency in rapid diagnostic test manufacturing. • Robotic control experience is a plus. • Able to track and record output, yield, rate, machine efficiency. • Able to track and record quality results. • Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

salary: $22 - $28 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• *Setting up, loading, and unloading production machinery
• Troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating further to the maintenance team
• Working closely with production, quality, and ensure efficiency and perforamance.
• Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Setup & Changeovers: Set up, adjust, and take down production lines per standard procedures, including pre- and post-line clearance and quality control testing.
• Material Handling: Lift and load materials up to 50 lbs into bins and hoppers to keep manufacturing lines supplied.
• Documentation & Safety: Complete work requests and logbooks accurately, maintain a clean workspace, and identify potential equipment safety issues.
