Otics USA is currently seeking Production Associates to join our first-shift production team in the manufacturing of Toyota camshafts and balancers. This position offers a base pay of $16.25 per hour, along with a $50.00 weekly attendance bonus awarded to any employee who maintains perfect attendance for the week. Standard hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, candidates must be prepared for frequent mandatory overtime, which often extends shifts until 7:00 p.m. and includes required work on Saturdays. Please note that this is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment where temperatures fluctuate with the weather, and all team members are strictly required to wear steel-toe shoes for safety. Responsibilities
- Machine Operation Support: Assist primary machine operators in the daily production and manufacturing of Toyota camshafts and balancers.
- Production Line Efficiency: Support continuous high-volume output while adhering to strict manufacturing schedules during third-shift operations.
- Overtime & Shift Flexibility: Work standard 3rd shift hours (Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) with willingness to handle mandatory overtime, early shift starts (7:00 PM), and regular Friday night schedules.
- Safety & PPE Compliance: Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, including mandatory steel-toe footwear requirements, in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Quality & Workstation Maintenance: Inspect components for basic quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work area to minimize downtime.
