Logistics Coordinator

We are hiring a Logisticcs Coordinator in the Melville area. If you have experience working in a warehouse/logistics background and have International and Domestic shipping , inlcuding Fed-Ex and UPS, we encourage you to apply. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Schedule domestic trucks to and from vendors
• Coordinate the scheduling, routing, and tracking of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills, shipping labels, and tracking.
• Checking with warehouse that freight is ready to go.

A successful candidate will possess experience working with the following :

• Fedex
• UPS
• Distribution List
• National and International Shipping
• Bill of Lading
• Commercial Invoicing
• Truck Scheduling
• UPS World Ship
• Front End Logistics Experience
