Insurance Support Associate

Join the team as a Service Agent with our insurance industry client in San Antonio, TX! In this role you will blend high-level client communication with technical insurance expertise. This role is a combination of inbound "Intro Calls" and complex non-call support, focusing on efficiency, policy accuracy, and peer mentorship across multiple lines of business.

salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems.
• Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
• Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.
