• Provide warm, professional support to clients across email and chat.
• Document and resolve key customer inquiries efficiently.
• Build foundational insurance expertise with clear opportunities for fast-track career growth.

Schedule & Training

• Training (First 6 Weeks): Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Permanent Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks)
• Location: 100% On-Site in San Antonio, TX

salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification.
• Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems.
• Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
• Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision.
