We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience with multi-million industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects for our client in Louisville, KY. Our Client is a family-owned industrial contractor with a stable work-load of complex projects and room for growth.

responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee heavy industrial and energy projects with a total valuation of $10 million or more.
• Maintain a consistent physical presence on large job sites to guarantee smooth operations and effective schedule management.
• Cultivate collaborative, long-term relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to align with the highly tenured company culture.
• Travel: Less than 20%

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5+ years experience in Industrial Construction Management in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, and/or Renewables.
