• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Assist customers with online orders, guiding them through the process and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
• Work directly with vendors to purchase wheels, ensuring we have the right inventory to meet customer demand.
• Schedule and manage appointments for wheel repair services, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our technicians, communicating repair needs and status updates clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
• Embody our core values of a good work ethic and a sense of humor, making the workplace enjoyable for both yourself and your colleagues.
