responsibilities:

What You'll Do (The Big Picture) As our Site Operations Lead, you're the heartbeat of daily delivery operations. You'll keep the site ready, ensure total accuracy, and keep your crew motivated, safe, and moving fast.

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

• Run On-Site Operations: Own the morning setup, keep the launch area safe and sparkling, and ensure all tech and equipment are 100% mission-ready.
• Coordinate Deliveries & Flight Load-In: Direct daily workflow, run tight quality control checks (weight & accuracy), and supervise package loading onto aircraft.
• Lead & Inspire the Team: Supervise, schedule, and coach a small team. You're the chief motivator and primary problem-solver on the ground.
• Champion Safety & Security: Lead site safety, manage daily inventory counts, and handle any operational bumps in the road with ease.
• Be the Bridge: Connect the dots between your local team and regional management-sharing wins, tracking performance metrics, and pitching smart process improvements.

qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Proven Leadership: 2+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment (logistics, retail, warehouse, or operational management).

Communication & Safety Focus: Clear communicator who puts safety and precision first.

Physical Stamina & Flexibility: Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 35 lbs, and pushing a 160 lb cart up a ramp.

On the Move: Valid driver's license required to travel between operating sites.

Clear Background Check: Must successfully pass a background screening.

Flexible Availability: Available to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week (up to 40 hours/week max).

Trainable: Willingness to successfully complete our hands-on local training program. (Note: Part 107 certification is NOT required!)
