Floor Performance Coach

We are seeking a high-energy, presence-driven Performance Floor Coach to lead our front-line teams toward excellence. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. You will spend 95% of your time on the production floor, actively engaging with employees and managers to drive safety, accountability, and high-performance culture. The remaining 5% will be dedicated to essential administrative tracking and documentation. Leadership experience is required!

salary: $25 - $26 per hour shift: Second work hours: 6 PM - 4:30 AM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Spend 95% of your time on the production floor, actively engaging with employees and managers to drive safety, accountability, and high-performance culture. The remaining 5% will be dedicated to essential administrative tracking and documentation.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
