responsibilities:

• Monitor furnace operations and production runs to ensure alignment with set points, tolerances, and operational standards.
• Analyze furnace data output and past runs to identify quality-impacting variables and propose improvements to engineering.
• Develop, review, and create run plans and documentation for upcoming production runs.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews of runs producing defective parts to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to resolve technical questions and prioritize equipment issues.
