Join Our Client as an Electrical Engineer in a premier energy infrastructure leader! Requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, P.E. license, and 7+ years of experience in power systems, MV switchgear, and VFDs. Oversee major capital expansion projects!

responsibilities:

• Oversee third-party engineering firms executing electrical designs for capital expansion and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with project budgets and schedules.
• Review and approve electrical design deliverables, technical reports, drawings, material listings, and vendor bid evaluations in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Ensure all facility electrical designs comply with relevant industry standards, corporate specifications, environmental guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and deliver expert support to construction teams throughout project development and execution.
• Integrate lessons learned into future facility designs while identifying risk factors and optimizing capital cost estimates.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with an active Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering system design, power distribution, and commissioning.

Deep technical expertise in 480V systems, motor controls, VFDs, medium-voltage switchgear, and power industry practices.
