We are searching for an Electrical Engineer in Kansas City, MO to work for a manufacturing client. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience designing circuits and PCBs as well as some programming.
This is a direct-hire role that provides benefits and bonus potential.

responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve existing/legacy circuit designs while developing innovative new product designs and PCB layouts from the ground up.
- Read, modify, write, and test low-level firmware and embedded code for microcontrollers powering our circuits.
- Build, test, and modify prototype boards using precision benchtop soldering and hardware testing tools
- Ensure products meet UL standards
qualifications:
-BS in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or equivelant experience
-5+ years of experience with circuit design, PCB board layout, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
-Experience with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting and reliability of electrical or electronic products
Experience with embedded microcontrollers
