Job Title: Port Delivery Driver – Fresh Floral & Maritime Logistics

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $20.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Appx. 2 Saturdays/month)

Dianthus International is hiring a dependable Port Delivery Driver to transport fresh flowers and premium floral displays directly to luxury cruise ships and maritime terminals in Miami!

What We Need:

• Active TWIC Card (Required for port access)
• English & Spanish
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to load/unload floral crates & plant containers (up to 50 lbs)

salary: $41,600 - $45,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• TWIC Card: Active Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is REQUIRED for immediate access to secure port zones.
• bilingual: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with ship crews, vendors, and team members.
• Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in local delivery, courier driving, or maritime logistics preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and load/unload boxes, floral crates, and potted plants weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Punctuality & Dependability: time-management skills to consistently meet strict cruise ship departure and loading schedules.

Schedule & Hours

• Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend Flexibility: Required to work approximately two (2) Saturdays per month based on cruise ship schedules and port delivery demands.

The essential functions of this role include:
