Dispatcher/Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Analyst to support our hauling operations as a dispatcher. In this role, you will coordinate daily routes, maintain real-time driver communications, resolve service exceptions, and ensure seamless delivery performance. salary: $19 - $19.01 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and maintain continuous, real-time communication to monitor daily route progress and resolve delays.
• Process same-day customer requests, missed pickups, and service exceptions to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with drivers, field supervisors, customer service representatives, and sales teams.
• Analyze and adjust active routes to maximize fleet productivity, scheduling permanent updates as needed.
• Assist with driver workforce scheduling, next-day route planning, and accurate daily operational record-keeping.
