responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-site sustaining engineering projects across diverse product lines to align with key business priorities.
• Oversee component obsolescence and supplier transition efforts while conducting advanced failure analysis and systemic CAPAs.
• Develop, refine, and standardize sustaining engineering tools, procedures, and best practices across facilities.
• Serve as the technical reviewer and approver for critical engineering, clinical, regulatory, and change documentation.
• Provide cross-site leadership, mentoring Engineers I through Senior I levels and influencing technical decision-making.

qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline (B.S. in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Aerospace Engineering preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience (5 to 7 years of full-time engineering experience preferred).

Demonstrated expertise in multi-site project leadership, failure analysis, systemic CAPA execution, and cross-functional technical alignment.
