We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to design scalable and businessaligned data models for enterprise data platforms The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders data architects engineering teams and application teams to translate business requirements into effective conceptual logical and physical data models

responsibilities:
- Work directly with onshore business and technology stakeholders to understand data requirements and business processes
- Develop and maintain Conceptual Logical and Physical Data Models
- Translate business requirements into appropriate entities attributes relationships hierarchies and data structures
- Design normalized and dimensional data models based on analytical and operational requirements
- Define and maintain data dictionaries metadata naming standards and modeling documentation
- Perform data analysis sourcetotarget mapping and impact analysis for new requirements and enhancements
- Work closely with Data Architects Data Engineers ETL teams BI teams and application teams
- Support data integration initiatives involving multiple source and target systems
- Identify data quality consistency redundancy and standardization issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Participate in design reviews and ensure data models comply with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- Support model versioning change management and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate design decisions dependencies risks and issues effectively to technical and business stakeholders
