Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, non-entry-level role requiring strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with desktop applications. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our independent contractor clients, managing heavy call and email volumes, processing orders, and providing exceptional counter support. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Location: On-site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Responsibilities

• Manage high daily call volumes (~50 calls/day) and heavy email correspondence. Process customer orders, handle warranties, place purchase orders, and track vendor/corporate ETAs.
• Utilize internal order-management software to track work orders. Assist with cycle counts and showroom inventory management for small parts.
• Rotate with team members to assist walk-up contractor clients at the sales counter.
