Customer Service Representative

Do you have corporate customer service experience and thrive in a busy work environment? If so, we have a Customer Service opportunity in Murfreesboro you'll want to check out. This temp to hire position's hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 pm, and requires excellent attendance, attitude and customer care skills! Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is a plus!

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Verifications-Process customer orders by verifying pricing and ensuring options are buildable
• Assist with problem solving incomplete orders so they can be processed
• Serve as a vendor liaison for process questions, special builds and general concerns
• Assist with training new vendors by scheduling welcome calls and acting as a home office resource for questions or issues
• Process change and other notifications to assigned vendors
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks including collections
