Customer Service Representative

responsibilities:

• Manage customer portals for time-sensitive quotes, purchase orders, and quality notifications within assigned guidelines.
• Process requests for quotes (RFQs), verify order compliance, and issue proposals and order acknowledgements within 24-hour KPIs.
• Serve as the primary cross-functional liaison between internal sales, supply chain, quality, production, finance teams, and external customers.
• Proactively communicate delivery alerts with detailed recovery plans, research and process return material authorizations (RMAs), and resolve account scorecard discrepancies.

qualifications:

Associate's degree (preferably in Business Administration) or equivalent experience in the customer service industry.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Exceptional oral and written communication skills paired with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
