Customer Service Coordinator – Healthcare & Nutrition | Fremont, MI Make a meaningful impact at the intersection of customer care and health. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link connecting consumers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and innovators to help shape impactful nutritional solutions.

What You Will Achieve

• Drive Professional Outreach: Connect with pediatricians, dietitians, and clinics via phone, email, and digital channels to recruit HCPs into educational programs and sampling initiatives.
• Coordinate Fulfillment: Manage sample distribution and patient starter kits, tracking reorder requests and utilization to support ongoing clinical care pathways.
• Champion Actionable Insights: Conduct consumer and HCP surveys to uncover unmet needs, translating real-world feedback into recommendations that drive product innovation.
• Deliver Omnichannel Support: Assist consumers and medical providers across chat, SMS, phone, and email with empathy, professionalism, and high accuracy.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (customer service certifications or post-secondary coursework are a welcome plus).
• 1 +years of proven customer service skills with clear, engaging written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated computer systems proficiency and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative, empathetic mindset dedicated to exceptional service.
