responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction projects, taking direct responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery, coordinating vendor activities, facilitating OAC meetings, and communicating weekly KPI metrics.
• Develop and implement cost-effective business practices, evaluate project feasibility, and drive scalable deployments across Operations Construction.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract compliance, and fiscal administration, including preparing RFPs and approving pay applications and change orders.
• Collaborate with management, internal partners, and external technical teams to align project specifications and resolve operational challenges.

qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, mission-critical datacenter construction projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Deep expertise in construction management, safety protocols, budget administration, and vendor management; professional CM or Engineering licenses are a plus.
