Construction Manager

Join Our Client as a Construction Manager in an Onsite role in San Jose, CA a global AI and cloud leader! High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred) with 10+ yrs in production & 5+ yrs in datacenter infrastructure to direct field operations, resolve issues, and drive mission-critical milestones.

responsibilities:

• Direct field operations and coordinate general contractors, vendors, telecom, and security teams across datacenter construction projects.
• Implement quality control systems, monitor product standards, and resolve complex technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Drive critical project milestones including Beneficial Use, RNI, IST, lockdown, and final operational turnover.
• Oversee schedule dependencies, risk management, and milestone readiness to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate production staff while maintaining accurate performance and operational records.

qualifications:

10+ years of total production/construction experience, including 5+ years dedicated to datacenter construction and technical infrastructure delivery.

3+ years of experience with network/telecom infrastructure, RNI readiness, project scheduling, and milestone management.

High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred) along with strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
