Qualifications for Success To ensure an inclusive process, we focus on the core competencies needed to thrive:

• Essential: Associate's degree OR 1+ years of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional setting.
• Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with exceptional data entry precision.
• Essential: Ability to multitask, prioritize demands from multiple sources, and solve complex problems analytically.
• Preferred: Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, commercial title/abstracting, or commercial banking.
