CNC Industrial Maintenance Technician ($25–$40/hr) Location: Round Rock, TX

Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $40.00 / hr (Depending on Experience)

The Opportunity: Lead Uptime in Advanced Manufacturing A leading digital manufacturing platform is seeking a highly skilled CNC Maintenance Technician in Round Rock, TX. Machine uptime is the top priority in this role - you will be responsible for keeping high-precision CNC equipment, automated cells, and facility systems operating at maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and high/low voltage electrical issues (24VDC–480VAC) on CNC machinery and factory production equipment.
• Mazak & Haas Maintenance: Lead preventative maintenance, calibration, and equipment repairs specifically for Mazak and Haas machine platforms.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute structured PM schedules and establish proactive countermeasures to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Installations & Vendors: Assist with new equipment installations and coordinate with external specialized service vendors when needed.
• Inventory & Facility: Maintain critical spare parts inventory and handle basic facility maintenance as required.

Requirements Note: This position requires hands-on diagnostic expertise specifically on Mazak and Haas CNC systems.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of CNC machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Equipment Mastery: Direct, expert-level troubleshooting and repair capabilities on Mazak and Haas equipment.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 24VDC to 480VAC electrical systems.
• Blueprints & Math: Fluency in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and executing shop math.
• Education: Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or Automation is preferred but not required.

salary: $52,000 - $83,200 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required
