CNC MACHINIST 2ND SHIFT

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace CNC Machinist to join our 2ND SHIFT precision manufacturing team.

Working with advanced CNC milling and lathe equipment, you will execute complete machine setups, edit programs, fine-tune tooling, and proactively troubleshoot operational or process issues to ensure optimal efficiency and continuous improvement. Contact Randstad today to confirm your interview!!

salary: $62,400 - $63,400 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, milling, or lathe equipment following technical drawings and setup sheets.
• Translate customer engineering drawings and specifications into logical manufacturing steps.
• Inspect first-piece output, tools, and parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators) to meet strict aerospace standards.
• Edit programs, adjust tooling, and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production planning teams.
