Client Services Specialist

This is not a traditional "Customer Service" role; our team members are investigative problem solvers. Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 85% of your day taking inbound calls from patients located in Boise and Twin Falls.
• Investigate and clearly explain how insurance claims were processed and why specific charges may not have been covered.
• Resolve patient disputes regarding insurance denials and complex medical coding.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans to efficiently collect outstanding balances.
• Complete an in-depth onboarding program featuring comprehensive e-learning modules and instructor-led courses.
