• Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in cash applications, account reconciliations, or billing/payment operations.

Responsibilities

• High-Impact Payment Processing: Post customer payments accurately into the core system, evaluate system-generated refunds, and manage direct bank communications.
• Investigative Problem Solving: Take ownership of payment inquiries - handling fund reapplications, cash investigations, credit card chargebacks, and check reissues.
• Balancing & Reconciliation: Partner with accounting to analyze aged A/R balances, identify write-off opportunities, and resolve complex billing discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting customer care and collaborating closely with global operational support teams.
