• Role: Manufacturing Associate I
• Location: Norwood, MA (100% On-Site)
• Pay Rate: Up to $33.00/hour
• Duration: 6-Month Contract (Temporary)
• Target Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Available Shifts:
• Day Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (every other Wednesday)
• Night Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (every other Wednesday)

salary: $30 - $33 per hour shift: Third work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-entity, multi-state U.S. and multi-province Canadian payroll processing.
• Coordinate and process equity transactions, bonus payrolls, and related tax withholdings.
• Utilize Workday Payroll for calculations and reconciliations, and ADP SmartCompliance for tax administration and filing accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Global Mobility, Compensation, and Benefits teams on cross-border reporting and shadow payrolls.
• Support year-end and quarter-end close activities, including audit preparations and distribution of W-2s, T4s, RL-1s, and ROEs.
• Serve as a friendly, responsive resource to resolve employee inquiries and timesheet questions with care and confidentiality.
