Bilingual Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and setting up industrial machinery used in the production line. This role ensures the continuous, efficient, and safe production of high-quality products in compliance with established manufacturing standards and safety protocols. Please be open to other job tasks.

salary: $15 - $16 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation & Production

• Set up, calibrate, and prepare production machinery and tooling according to production schedules and specifications.
• Load raw materials, components, and packaging into feeder systems and monitor automated feeds.
• Run machines through routine production cycles while monitoring speed, temperature, pressure, and operational parameters.
• Perform routine adjustments to machine controls to correct deviations and maintain tolerances.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
