Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a high-impact business banking pilot program. In this role, you will be the primar point of contact for small business owners who have recently been approved for a business checking account.

Your objective is to conduct high-volume outbound outreach, introduce available merchant services, qualify customer interest, and facilitate seamless warm transfers to our dedicated Sales team. Because this is an evolving pilot program, you will also play a key role in helping shape early-stage processes, test workflows, and provide feedback to drive operational success. salary: $23 - $23.57 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Manage and execute 100+ outbound calls per day to newly approved business checking account customers while delivering an exceptional, professional customer experience.
• Needs Assessment & Lead Handoff: Quickly build rapport, identify customer interest in merchant services solutions, explain the value proposition, and perform smooth, warm transfers to Sales agents.
• Meticulous Record Keeping: Accurately log interaction details, contact attempts, and call outcomes within the CRM system.
• Manual Tracking & Data Integrity: Maintain tracking sheets and reports where automated tools are not yet deployed, ensuring zero drop-off in candidate/account data.
• Process Contribution: Provide constructive feedback on workflows, share effective outreach techniques with leadership, and help define best practices from the ground up.
