Day to day responsibilities: This contractor will support Talent Management initiatives, managing one or more workstreams depending on business needs. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and seamlessly transition between functional areas. The successful candidate will be able to quickly come up to speed, establish key stakeholder relationships, and drive project execution.

qualifications:

Experience with Workday implementations, especially in:

· HCM

· Talent Management

· MS Project: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency required.

· Strong MS Office skills, particularly:

o Excel

o PowerPoint

o Word

· Experience with Agile project delivery required.
