Assembler - 2nd Shift

Randstad is currently hiring for high-energy 2nd Shift Assembly Operators to join the MAG team in Clinton. This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, offering a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour and the benefit of a three-day weekend. This is an ultra-fast-paced role focused on the assembly of spare tire carriers, where speed and precision are critical; the production line is high-volume, generating anywhere from 30 to 80 parts every 3.5 to 4 seconds. Ideal candidates will have previous assembly experience, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a proven track record of work stability. Responsibilities

• High-Speed Assembly: Assemble spare tire carriers on an ultra-fast-paced, high-volume production line producing 30–80 parts every 3.5 to 4 seconds.
• Precision & Quality Assurance: Maintain exact specifications, high accuracy, and manual dexterity while operating under demanding timing constraints.
• Line Operation & Productivity: Execute repeated manual tasks efficiently to support continuous workflow during the 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM).
• Equipment & Tool Handling: Safely utilize hand tools, mechanical fixtures, and assembly machinery required for automotive components.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow all safety protocols, keep a clean workstation, and meet strict production targets in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
