AR/Collections - (Must) Construction industry

Our client is looking for a detail-minded Collections and Billing specialist to keep their financial engine running smoothly! In this role, you will play key detective and problem-solver - diving into audit activities, helping employers stay on track with their contributions, and untangling complex issues behind the scenes. **MUST have construction experience**

salary: $25 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Create and issue audit announcements, update tracking records, and provide required documentation to auditors.
• Process completed audits, notify employers of delinquent contributions, and process incoming payments.
• Generate and mail delinquency letters, collaborating directly with employers to resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Negotiate repayment terms, establish payment agreements, and draft administrative documentation for legal counsel.
• Monitor contractor compliance with monthly payroll reports and track accounts assigned
