Analytics Assistant 2

Randstad is looking for Analytics Assistant 2 in Irving TX who has the following qualifications:

• 2+ years lead management experience
• Master Excel skills - specific experience must be outlined in resume
• Excel - Pivot tables
• V-lookups
• Calculations
• Formulas
• Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
• Lead assignment skills + master level proficiency in CRV/Salesforce system
• Ability to muti-task.
• Microsoft Teams

Shift Days/Hours: 7am to 4pm AZ time HYBRID - WFH M & F

salary: $23 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assigning inbound and outbound sales leads to Merchant Services sales representatives.
• Monitor lead queues to ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate lead assignment records and reporting.
• Review lead data for completeness and accuracy before assignment.
• Balance lead distribution across sales teams based on capacity, performance, and business needs.
• Partner with Sales Managers to address assignment issues and workload concerns.
• Track and report lead volume, assignment metrics, and aging.
