• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program related to Data Analyst, Data Science, AI, Project Managment or any related program.
• Eligible for a six-month Co-op placement.
• Interest or coursework in AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with project-management basics; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• SAP/ERP exposure is helpful but not required. Prior professional experience is not required.

salary: $25 - $32 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School

Responsibilities

Role summary

Supports practical, responsible AI adoption across a transformation ERP project. Helps identify and coordinate high-value use cases, support delivery, and build colleagues’ confidence using available AI tools. SAP/ERP exposure may be included where relevant.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risks, and data availability.
• Coordinate approved pilots by tracking actions, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder input.
• Create practical guidance and learning materials to support AI adoption.
• Track progress, outcomes, and lessons learned; prepare concise stakeholder updates.
• Maintain project documentation and follow security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-use requirements.
• Support SAP/ERP-related activities as needed; SAP knowledge is an advantage, not a requirement.

Contributes to project success through timely coordination, accurate tracking, and practical support for AI adoption.

Complexity

Supports defined tasks and small work packages with guidance; escalates risks, decisions, and scope changes.

Accountability and independence

Accountable for assigned deliverables, action tracking, and updates. Works under a designated manager or project manager and does not approve use cases, budgets, or governance decisions.
